Computer Diagnostics

A warning light tells you something is wrong, not what. We read the fault codes with a diagnostic scanner and trace them to the part that is actually failing.

Computer Diagnostics

Modern cars monitor their own engine, gearbox, brakes and electrical systems, and store a fault code when something falls outside its normal range. Reading that code is the starting point of a proper diagnosis, not the end of it: one code can have several possible causes, and replacing parts on a guess is how a small fault becomes an expensive one.

At our Al Quoz workshop we scan the vehicle, read the live data alongside the stored codes, and test the suspected component before recommending a repair. We work on European, Japanese, Korean and American vehicles, so a German saloon and a Japanese SUV get the same careful process.

Once we know the cause, we explain it in plain language and tell you what the repair involves before any work starts.

Our Al Quoz workshop is open Saturday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and fully closed on Fridays.

What's Included

  • Check-engine and dashboard warning light diagnosis
  • Fault code reading and live data analysis
  • Performance concerns: rough idle, power loss, poor fuel economy
  • A clear explanation before any repair

Final pricing always follows an in-person inspection — we explain the cost before any work starts.

How we work

Our Process

  1. 01

    Scan

We connect a diagnostic scanner and read the stored fault codes and live sensor data.

  2. 02

    Trace

We test the suspected parts to find the real cause behind the code.

  3. 03

    Explain

You get a clear explanation of the fault and the repair options before anything is done.

  4. 04

    Clear & re-check

After the repair, codes are cleared and the car is scanned again to confirm the fault is gone.
